Sweetheart Tilda / Magnolia

First let me apologize for the poor quality of my pictures. My computer died last week causing me to have to replace it. Apparently my old computer was sooooo old that I not only have the new operating system Vista but all my old software will not load on the new computer. So currently I only have the photo editing software that comes with Vista till I buy new software. I'm very limited as to what I can do with photos right now and currently it is pouring down rain outside so I couldn't go outside to try and take a better quality picture.

This is a "two-fer"......two Challenges. The first challenge is for the new Just Magnolia Challenge Blog. The challenge is to use the colors pink and green. I chose to use Sweetheart Tilda from the Magnolia line. I paper pieced part of her dress for more dimension and colored the other parts with Prismacolor Colored Pencils.

The second challenge is for the Sketch Saturday Challenge Blog. This is my first time to join in their challenges. I have been lurking and viewing their sketches weekly and I'm glad to finally have some time to join in on one of their challenges. Check them out, they have some great sketches every week!
